HOA Board of Directors
There are four Board seats up for election, all of which are three-year term critical roles for our Homeowners Association, responsible for prioritizing the needs of our community, and ensuring we maintain safe and compliant operations of our facilities. Serving on the HOA Board is also a great way to connect with neighbors and the community!

Candidate nominations are open through Oct 8. If you’re interested, or would like to nominate someone, complete the form found here and return it to the Association Manager, Michelle Ferriera, at mferriera at commoninterest.com. The 2027 Annual Election will be held on January 12, 2027. Open positions include:
  • President
  • Member at Large
  • Streets & Safety
  • Swim Team Liaison
President
Helps lead the Board and keep HOA priorities, projects, and decisions moving forward. Runs Board meetings and works closely with the management company and other Board members on issues affecting the community. Serves as a central point of coordination when something needs Board attention or follow-up.

Member at Large
Serves as a general Board member and helps wherever support is most needed. Participates in Board meetings, discussions, and decisions and may take on special projects or initiatives throughout the year.

Streets & Safety
Takes the lead on neighborhood street, traffic, and safety matters. Works closely with the block captains on Firewise efforts, emergency preparedness, evacuation planning, and other neighborhood safety initiatives. Coordinates with the management company, residents, and local agencies when issues arise.

Helps coordinate shared issues such as pool use, scheduling, facilities, and other matters that affect both groups. Keeps communication flowing and makes sure relevant Swim Team needs and updates are brought to the Board.
