Hello Campolindo Neighbors,

Welcome to the first installment of our new quarterly newsletter. Our goal is to share helpful updates, highlight upcoming events, and keep neighbors connected to what’s happening around the Campo Cabana Club and throughout our community.

As we head into spring and the start of another swim season, we’re looking forward to seeing neighbors gather at the pool, community events, and around the neighborhood. This newsletter will be one way we keep everyone informed about community activities, facility updates, and ways to get involved.

CCC Resident Extended Pool Hours
Residents who have completed pool cover removal training may lap swim and use the property outside regular pool hours. Recent Maintenance
  • PG&E is currently underway with the Campolindo Neighborhood Gas System Improvements Project, which includes installation of new gas mains throughout the neighborhood, transferring individual home service laterals to the new infrastructure, and restoring all impacted sidewalks, driveways, landscaping, and roadway surfaces. The work involves potholing, trenching or boring for main and service installation, followed by full restoration including repaving and slurry sealing to provide a consistent roadway finish throughout the project area. The updated completion timeline, including mobilization and all restoration work, is now August 31, 2026. PG&E has shared that the purpose of this work is to improve long-term gas system reliability and provide safer, more consistent service to the community. If residents have any questions or concerns regarding scope, schedule, or impacts, please reach out directly to PG&E’s public outreach representative at M0PZ@pge.com
