By now, you should have received a welcome letter from Common Interest Management Services (CIMS), either digitally or by mail. The Campo HOA Board has engaged CIMS as our new community management services partner to help support the long-term business operations of our neighborhood. They will manage the day-to-day functions such as billing/collections, homeowner communications, vendor coordination, and Board administrative support. The Board remains responsible for decision-making and policy setting.
