As we head into the second half of the year, we encourage you to consider joining one of the open Board seats, including President, starting in 2027. Attending the monthly Board meetings is a great way to hear what's going in the community and to help prioritize where the Board can add the most value. You can also see detailed meeting agendas via the Calendar on the CIMS community portal.
Common Interest Management Services (CIMS) is our community management services partner. We use the CIMS portal to house governing documents, HOA policies, and communications regarding monthly Board meetings. This website will serve as a resource for pool information and timely updates.
