REQUEST FOR A PARTY RESERVATION
Occasionally homeowners reserve a section of the pool area for private parties. In order to ensure proper lifeguard coverage, safety and clean-up, it is necessary to submit this form and payment, and get approval from the pool manager, Lynn Rivilla, to reserve your date. Reserving dates is on a first-come, first-served basis with first priority given to events scheduled by the Campolindo Cabana Club Swim Team and HOA.
The following is a list of the fees associated with reserving a party at the Club:
Ø A flat fee of $40.00 for any party (no matter the number of guests)
Ø If your party includes people who are NOT Campolindo Homeowners (i.e. ÒOUTSIDE GUESTSÓ), the following fees apply:
o $20.00 for up to 10 outside guests and then
o $2.00 for each guest thereafter
Examples:
Ø For a party of 20 of JUST HOMEOWNERS, the total cost is $40.00
Ø For a party with 15 OUTSIDE GUESTS, the total cost is $70.00
In order to complete your reservation request, you must also provide a $25.00 deposit (payable on a separate check to Campolindo Homeowners Assoc.), that will be refunded to you upon successful completion of the ÒParty Clean-Up Form.Ó
