Dear Potential Pool Party Planners,

Thank you so much for considering the Campolindo Cabana Club for your party! This pool is a great venue for socials, birthday parties, meetings, etc. In addition to our swimming pool with a diving board, we have a basketball/foursquare court, a play structure, a ping-pong table, a BBQ area as well as numerous picnic tables and chairs. This club tends to be a favorite when it comes to social gatherings.

Because this pool tends to be so popular with these types of events, it is necessary to go through the proper steps to reserve the pool. The party reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis with first priority given to the events associated with the Campolindo Cabana Club Swim Team.

In order to make a party reservation, follow these steps:

1. Check the calendar in the Party Reservation Binder for an available date.

2. Using PENCIL, write in your last name and times of your party on the Reservation Calendar.

3. Fill out the Request for a Party Reservation form.

4. Write out BOTH CHECKS and attach them to your Reservation Form

5. Place all the forms and checks into the File Folder in the front office of the pool labeled “Pool Manager.”

I will go through the reservation forms daily and check them against the master calendar. You will receive a phone call or e-mail once your forms have been verified and your date is set.

I will be in contact with you prior to your function to make sure all questions have been answered and needs have been addressed.
