Campolindo Homeowners Board Meeting

Minutes

Bruce Whitley called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm.

1. The minutes for the May meeting were approved unanimously after including a minor change made by Bruce Whitley.
2. Financial and Operations: Brad Ward reported that the mid year dues are coming in quickly. The workers comp system is being changed to run October to October instead of June to June. A number of problems with equipment were encountered and caused this item to be overspent. However the overall financial position is sound.
3. Landscaping: Only two comments have been received. Jim Cunnane commented that the main area needing work was outside the pool enclosure. Jim was asked to put a notice at the pool that plans are available on the web site. Also to post an actual proposed plan at the pool. Brad will discuss the proposed plan with the Moraga Garden Center. Discussion will be held at the next meeting.
4. Street Lights: Next meeting.
5. New directory: Discussion at the September meeting with a view to issuing at the end of September.
6. Guest rules for Pool use: The Board ratified the swim team guest program as a reasonable use of the CHOA facilities by members and exempted such guest program from the Guest Rules. The list of sponsors and families was accepted.
7. Commercial vehicles. Bruce Whitley agreed to write a letter to the owner of a vehicle with commercial stickers parked on Campolindo Drive. Advertizing of businesses on vehicles parked regularly on the development is against CC and Rs.
8. Other business: The pool parking lot has been sealed.

 

Bruce Whitley closed the meeting at 8:45 pm
