Call to Order at 7:35pm
- The minutes of the October 9,
2006 meeting were unanimously approved
- The financial and operations
report were presented by Bradley Ward. A motion was made for passing of
the 2007 budget, and the Budget was approved unanimously.
- As per a discussion at the
October meeting, a motion was made to open a corporate account at Schwaab.
There was discussion at this time for all of the officers to be approved
to sign standard resolutions to open the account. The motion was
unanimously approved. A motion was made to invest the current funds with
50% in the Schwaab Value Advantage MMF Fund, and 50% in the Schwaab Yield
Plus Investment Fund. The motion was approved with all in favor. Note
Greg Wilson abstained.
- Signage: Nazi checked into
making a sign for notification of CHOA events (ie. Halloween, Labor Day, 4th
of July, and Annual HOA meeting), to be posted at the usual place along
the CCC pool fence. The sign board measures 4Õ x 32Õ. A sturdy primary
banner will be made to notify residents of upcoming events, and to refer
to the CHOA website for further information. Secondary banners will be
made to attach to the primary banner indicating specific events.
- Discussion regarding dates of
CHOA Newsletter-tabled until December meeting
- Discussion regarding the
proposed CCC Swim Team expansion proposal. Steve is doing further
research on the proposal, and will meet with the swim team board for
further details, and report back to CHOA Board at future meeting.
- Pool Landscaping- Jim Cunnane
spent time with a Landscape architect at the pool grounds discussing the
potential plan. The architect had some suggestions, and will submit a
bid/plan at the December meeting. Also, there is 276Õ of fencing to be
replaced in common with neighbor on Paseo Grande. Total cost (our 50% is
$4,342).
- Discussion regarding
improvements with the street signage (updating) within the Campolindo HOA
area. This was generally thought to be too costly, and no motion was made
to proceed with the project.
- Bruce discussed the upcoming
Annual HOA meeting to be held on January 30th , 2007 at the
Campolindo High School. We will notify the CHOA members/homeowners within
10 days of the meeting, time, and place.
- New Business: Jim Cunnane
mentioned that the trees on Campolindo Drive, across from the CHS parking
lot, belong to the CHOA and are in need of pruning. He will obtain a bid
from a gardener to get the trees pruned. Also, the Town of Moraga is
sealing cracks in the asphalt, and may be in the neighborhood doing some
of this type of work.
