Bruce Whitley called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm and the minutes for the July meeting were unanimously approved.

  1. Brad Ward presented the financial and operations report. Brad reported that the expenses are under budget and this will allow us to transfer extra funds to the replacement budget. This was agreed unanimously. Brad also agreed to send the 2007 budget to Board members one week before the October meeting. Brad also stated that he planned to have two pine trees and a palm tree removed at the pool. Ed McAlpine agreed to arrange for fence replacement.
