Bruce Whitley called the
meeting to order at 7:35 pm and the minutes for the June meeting were
unanimously approved.
- The
financial and operations report
was delayed until the August meeting since Brad Ward was unable to attend
- Discussion
of the Landscaping
upgrades was delayed until the
August meeting since Jim Cunnane was unable to attend.
- Social
calendar. There was nothing to
report, This will be raised again at the August meeting
- New
signage: There was nothing to
report and this will be raised again at the August meeting

Calle La Montana: Bruce Whitley reported
that some restoration work had been done but the Town was still interested
in this property. Greg Wilson reported that he had observed that the
roofing had been completed, that trash and an old vehicle had been removed
and that the dry walling inside had been removed. Also some improvements
had been made to the rear yard. Work now seems to have stopped in the
ownerÕs absence.
- Discussion
of draft pool rules: Comments
on the draft rules had been received from the Pool Manager and from
several homeowners. These were all discussed in detail and several changes
were made to the draft rules. These changes will be incorporated into a
new draft by Greg Wilson. This new draft will be circulated and discussed
again at the August meeting.
- Homeowner
comment

A homeowner had commented that
some lifeguards were not wearing distinguishing bathing suits. Richard
Hemingway will contact Laura Larson to discuss this issue.

One homeowner commented about the
use of the pool by non-residents. Ed McAlpine will discuss this with Laura
Larson and Bruce Whitley will raise it with the Swim Team Board,
