CAMPOLINDO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

JUNE 12, 2006

3929 CAMPOLINDO DRIVE

 

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:34 P.M.

2. Roll Call:

Members Present: Jim Cunnane, Ed McAlpine, Nazzi Nazeri, Jim Sauerberg, Bruce Whitley and Greg Wilson

Absent: Steve Bartis, Lisa Duncan and Richard Hemingway

No visiting homeowners were present. Business Manager Bradley Ward was in attendance.

3. The minutes of the May 8, 2006 meeting were approved

4. Bradley Ward presented the financial report noting the new format occasioned by the change in the accounting system. The completion of the storage shed for the swim team equipment was noted. The glass on the standings board has been shattered. There was a discussion of possibly having more permanent signage for social events and announcements. Nazzi Nazeri will look into it and report back to the board.

5. Jim Cunnane reported on the landscaping upgrades to the front of the Cabana Club. Some mulch has been put down but more could be used. The Board unanimously approved authorization to spend an additional $250.

6. Nazzi Nazeri reported on upcoming social events, Labor Day being the next one.

7. Bruce Whitley reported to the Board on the status of 316 Calle La Montana. The structure is being worked on.

8. The Pool Rules Subcommittee presented a draft proposal which was discussed and edited by the Board. Greg Wilson will redraft the document in accordance with the Boards actions for circulation and comment.

9. There was no new Business.

10. The meeting was adjourned at 8:50.
