Campolindo Homeowners Board Meeting

Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm and the minutes for the December meeting were approved. There were no new issues raised by visiting homeowners.
Board members have received input from neighbors who are concerned about run off from the Toupin property. This was discussed and the Board recommended that the individual homeowners follow up their concerns with the Town or County.
No response has been received to the letter sent to the Elders. Steve Gordon agreed to progress this.
Some fencing is leaning after the storms and this needs to be repaired. All fencing will be checked.
New date is Tuesday January 31. Steve will confirm this date in a newsletter/proxy form to all homeowners. The meeting will also be advertised on a banner outside the pool.
5. Swim Team
The board needs to get factual data about additional costs incurred by the Swim Team
use of the pool. Steve Bartis and Lisa Duncan will report back on this at the February
meeting before raising this issue with the swim team.
