Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm and the minutes for the November meeting were approved. There were no new issues raised by visiting homeowners.

  1. House on Calle La Montana

The owner is due back on Jan 3 and we hope that the house is upgraded. If no action, it will be raised again at the Town Meeting in February. Brad agreed to follow up and give Town Board members input at how these situations are dealt with in other places..

  1. Fence on front boundary of house on Paseo Grande

Bruce had provided a letter summarizing the situation. Steve Gordon agreed to progress this with a few minor changes to the letter.

  1. Pool

Brad notified the meeting that the resurfacing had been completed and that the new diving board has been received. It will be installed shortly. Brad also commented that there are several other smaller jobs in hand at the pool.

  1. Plans for AGM

Several homeowners have expressed interest in standing as new Board members to replace those due to leave. Lisa agreed to follow up with Anne Baker to try to get templates for the meeting announcement and the proxys. Steve will look into reserving a room at the High School.

  1. Lisa raised the question of whether the Swim Club should be paying a proportion of the

cost of running the pool since they and visiting teams cause additional wear and tear on the facility. The Board decided that it would be reasonable to charge the swim club for a small part of the pool costs. Steve Bartis, Lisa Duncan and Brad will present this at the next Swim Team meeting.

The meeting was closed at 8:40 pm
