President's Message

Neighbors,

Welcome to the new pool season! Starting May 1, the pool will be open with extended hours to residents only, without lifeguard supervision, from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Our regular season with lifeguards will begin 5/3/25 on Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5 PM. To access the pool, residents must:

Complete a brief training on how to remove and replace both pool covers.
Sign a consent form acknowledging responsibility for cover management during non-staffed hours.
Once completed, you’ll be issued a unique door code for entry in the main gate.

A final training sessions will be held:

June 1 from 9:30–10:00 AM
